What we collect

• The work email you provide, and optionally your name, company, country and locale. This is how we label your report and follow up.
• The schedule file you upload, which is processed to generate your report.
• Operational telemetry: a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself), file size, processing times and the outcome of each upload.

How we use it

• To generate and deliver your schedule health check.
• To contact you about Masar AI products. You can opt out at any time.
• To improve our parser: when a file fails to parse, the failure pattern (not your commercial data) informs a fix.

What we never do

• Customer schedules are never used to train models — any model, ours or anyone else's.
• We never sell your data.
• Each customer's data is isolated from every other customer's.

Retention

Uploaded schedules and generated PDF reports are retained for 30 days and then deleted. Lead contact details are retained until you ask us to delete them.
